Shipping Policies
All North American orders are sent via Canada Post, mostly using Expedited service. Most orders are trackable and insured. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99 for all of Canada and FREE shipping on orders over $200 Canada wide (before tax). Our flat rate includes $100 insurance and tracking. We also offer lettermail shipping for packaged of .5 metres or less and free local pickup. Lettermail does not have tracking so please only use this option at your own risk.
International orders are usually sent via Canada Post’s Small Parcel Air service. If your order is large and/or the distance is far, I will calculate the shipping options and let you know what they are so that you can make a decision before your order ships. Depending on your location, delivery may take up to a few weeks. We will give you more specific information when your order is shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for customs or brokerage charges incurred on shipments travelling outside of Canada. These will vary by country and it is the recipient’s responsibility to pay these charges if they applied.
- We do not offer add ons. If you place your order within 1 hour of another they can be shipped together if you contact us to request it. Otherwise your orders will be shipped separate.
- You will receive a tracking number with your ship confirmation email. If the postal service loses or does not deliver your package, we are not responsible in any way to open or file a claim on your behalf. You will have to file your own claim with Canada Post.
